Pace Gallery presents LYNDA BENGLIS from August 21 to October 23, 2019, at 229 Hamilton Avenue in Palo Alto. Bringing together twenty mid- to large-scale works from the 1970s to the present, the exhibition provides an overview of Benglis's expansive creative output, showcasing her voracious ability to push the boundaries of sculpture time and time again.
Lynda Benglis is featured in a solo exhibition at Pace Palo Alto this month. Works on view include some twenty mid- to large-scale works from the 1970s to the present. Known for early work in poured wax, latex, and foam – and for one particularly provocative Artforum ad in the 70s – Benglis will be in in conversation with writer, curator, and activist Kimberly Drew at Stanford in October.
