Passion Footprints: NewMoves Showcase

San Francisco State University/Theatre Arts

PASSION FOOTPRINTS: New Moves Student Choreography Showcase presents the works of the advanced composition choreography students, focusing on the themes that are close to their hearts and inform their creative processes. Personal narratives on the current political scene, autism, self battle/love, sexual harassment/assault of women, soul searching, morals, competitive mind-games, movement evolution, and exploration between music and dance.

This is what SF/Arts curator Heather Desaulniers has to say about Passion Footprints: NewMoves Showcase :

Join the San Francisco State University arts community as they celebrate the emerging creative voices from their advanced choreographic composition program. Aptly titled “Passion Footprints,” the collection of new work simultaneously looks inward and outward, addressing many penetrating social and personal narratives through a range of dance styles and genres.
