Songs Celebrating Irish American/Women's History

San Francisco Maritime Museum

Two music programs aboard the 1886 square-rigger Balclutha celebrating Irish American Heritage and Women's History Months. At noon, join a singers' circle to share songs about women in maritime history. Then at 1pm, enjoy a one-hour performance of traditional Irish instrumentals and songs, with Autumn Rhodes (concertina and flute), Tim Hill (uilleann pipes and flute), Susan Walsh (bodhran and mandolin) and Park Ranger Peter Kasin (fiddle).
