Choreographer Ohad Naharin and powerhouse dance company Batsheva come to Berkeley for the Bay Area premiere of a new work. Recordings of Laurie Anderson and Kronos Quartet’s Landfall and Philip Glass’ Metamorphosis II provide the slow simmering musical backdrop, alongside Madre Acapella, a song/prayer by Venezuelan musician Arca, and additional music by Naharin himself under the moniker Maxim Waratt.
