Revolutionary philosopher and queer thinker Judith Butler has been a singularly important contributor to contemporary understanding of gender and sexuality. With Poulomi Saha, english professor and co-Director of the Program in Critical Theory at UC Berkeley, they will discuss Butler’s new book “Who’s Afraid of Gender?”, which considers why recent authoritarian governments and the political right have focused so intently on gender politics.
