A worldwide literary sensation for his series of six autobiographical novels, “My Struggle”, the Norwegian writer Karl Ove Knausgaard visits San Francisco to discuss his latest, “The School of Night”, with Rachel Kushner (author most recently of “Creation Lake”). Set in London in 1985, the novel is a cautionary tale about an ambitious young photographer who has the opportunity to achieve his dreams if he’s willing to sacrifice everything else.
