(In-person and virtual) The global influence of Korean pop culture has drawn the attention of museums to Korean fashion. Dr. Minjee Kim traces eight exhibitions on Korean dress and fashion across Europe and the United States within the shift of museum practices, and recounts the exhibitions’ approaches, themes, objects, and problems. Dr. Kim is a historian specializing in the dress, fashion, and textile history of Korea.
