Sarah Shepard Gallery is pleased to announce its first exhibit with Bay Area artist Marta Elise Johansen entitled A Suggestion of Nature. The artist works with ink on paper making line drawings that are studies in meditation, creating one line at a time, one drawing at a time, by natural light in her studio in Sausalito. They are personal reflections of the artist's sense of place in the world- a sensory reflection of her experience.
