The Good Ship Dodo is a new project space located off of Precita Park in SF. The inaugural exhibition, Mother of Collaboration, includes work made collaboratively by artist parents and their kids. This project will center the play and imperfection of balancing art and parenting, celebrate a new (and still developing) space, and allow us to come together in building community as artist parents with our kids, each other, and the neighborhood.
The Good Ship Dodo is an alternative art space for experimentation, performance, installation, and art production. This venue has a window display visible from the sidewalk, with occasional indoor happenings and exhibitions, making space for innovation and community.
