Ney Matogrosso, Brazil’s most extravagant artist will make a rare visit to the US in July 2022! Direct from Brazil, the flamboyant and theatrical singer Ney Matogrosso is on tour in the U.S. for the first time in decades. Active since the 70s and still frequently collaborating with young artists at 81, the dazzling artist known for his singular countertenor voice and over-the-top costumes was ranked as one of the top three greatest Brazilian artists of all time by Rolling Stone. This rare performance at Berkeley’s UC Theatre is not to be missed.
