Raised in San Rafael California, Tara was surrounded by creative influences of the Bay Area via music, art, appreciation of nature and respect for animals. Tara studied at University of Oregon (BA Art, 1995) focusing in drawing and painting only to fall in love with sculpture her senior year. Today Tara continues to focus in wire sculpture and dog paintings.
