The Joffrey Ballet continues its association with Cal Performances with a signature work, Alexander Ekman’s celebration of the traditional Scandinavian summer solstice festival. A trip to a surreal realm of earthly and supernatural delights, Midsummer Night’s Dream features a musical score by composer Mikael Karlsson to be performed live by Swedish indie rock sensation Anna von Hausswolff and an on-stage band.
