This show follows Eleanor Roosevelt's 30-year relationship with reporter, Lorena Hickok. Baum's portrayal is made up of precise quotes from the 2,336 letters, authenticated and approved by her literary estate, bringing to life this relationship in a society that did not publicly admit nontraditional relationships.
