This December, witness the might of the San Francisco Opera Chorus as they come together for a night of music, in honor of the artist who has led their group for over 30 years and 300 productions, Chorus Director Ian Robertson.
Now, ahead of his retirement in 2021, Robertson leads the San Francisco Opera Chorus in a farewell performance, featuring some of the most resplendent music in the choral canon. Get ready for an array of classics from Mozart, Puccini, Verdi, and more, as well as more contemporary songs by Florence Beatrice Price, Joan Szymko, and Kate Rusby.
